In the Spring of 2019 I was honored to deliver the Keynote Address at The Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution’s Symposium. The theme of the conference was, “The Future of ADR: Where Do We Go from Here?” It was a special opportunity to share my thoughts on the importance of Conflict Resilience in an age of polarization.

2017 Last Lecture Series

The Last Lecture Series at Harvard Law School is an opportunity for selected faculty members to impart final words of wisdom on the graduating class. Professor Bob Bordone delivered the third lecture in the four-part series which also featured Professors Michael Klarman, Khiara Bridges and Dean Martha Minow. The event has been organized annually by the 3L Class Marshals since 2014.
