In the Spring of 2019 I was honored to deliver the Keynote Address at The Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution’s Symposium. The theme of the conference was, “The Future of ADR: Where Do We Go from Here?” It was a special opportunity to share my thoughts on the importance of Conflict Resilience in an age of polarization.

Professor Bob Bordone delivered the third lecture in the four-part series which also featured Professors Michael Klarman, Khiara Bridges and Dean Martha Minow. The event has been organized annually by the 3L Class Marshals since 2014.
